Students conduct research into living spaces and then
design a scale model of a short-term living space for two
adults and two children for one of the following scenarios; a
mobile tiny home, a house for people displaced after a
natural disaster, or a living module for the International
Space Station. Key themes in this project are scale and
standard sizes in design.
